Refund Eligibility Period
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment date. The 30-day period begins on the date of your payment confirmation. Refund requests received after the 30-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
How to Request a Refund

- Include the date of purchase and service purchased

Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed consultation sessions
- Events or workshops that have already taken place
- Custom research or report services after delivery
- Dispute resolution services after mediation has begun
- Any services explicitly marked as non-refundable at time of purchase
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be offered. For example, if you have used a portion of a service or attended part of a program, we may provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you before processing.
Service Credits
In lieu of a refund, you may choose to receive a service credit of equal value that can be applied to future services, programs, or events. Service credits do not expire and can be used for any eligible service offered by the Better Business Bureau of Tulsa.
